A 41 year old has been charged after a collision involving a pedestrian.
On April 22nd just after 3pm, Huron County OPP responded with Huron Paramedics of a car and pedestrian crash near the intersection of Smith Street and Ontario Street in Clinton.
A 14 year old was found to have been hit by the vehicle who was taken to hospital and later airlifted to London with the injuries deemed serious but non life threatening.
As a result a 41 year old of Huron East has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm, Failure to Surrender Permit for a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Surrender Licence.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
