Bruce Power and Saugeen Ojibway Nation have donated $25,000 to the Canadian Cancer Society’s Hockey Fights Cancer fundraiser.
The donation made on November 9th for Hockey Fights Cancer sees 100 per cent of game proceeds going towards the Cancer Society’s research and care programs which includes transportation and lodging services for locals living with cancer.
Saugeen Ojibway nation Chief Conrad Ritchie says we have all been impacted by cancer in our lives and its very meaningful to be part of helping people on their cancer journey.
