30 Year Old Resists Police During Warrant Arrest

A 30 year old woman has been charged who was spotted and known to have a warrant.

On April 8th Saugeen Shores Police were on general patrol when they spotted the 30 year old who was known to police to have an outstanding warrant in Port Elgin.

The woman was told she was being arrested when she then tried to resists and pulled away from officers.

As a result the 30 year old of Port Elgin has been charged with Resisting an Officer.

A bench warrant for her offences include Failure to Comply with Probation, Theft Under $5000, Fraud Under $5000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
