A 35 year old has been charged following a break and enter in Southgate.
On May 11th, an individual broke into a seasonal property on Highway 89.
The owner fixed the damages but did not report it to police.
On May 13th just after 8:30pm, Grey Bruce OPP responded to the same address where police located a suspect on the property.
The 35 year old of Amaranth Township was charged with break and Enter, Mischief and Theft Under $5000.
Police say there is no evidence to suggest the same person broke in both times.
The accused will appear in Owen Sound court next month.
