A 36 year old has been charged in a death from a crash in Huron East in February.
On February 17th OPP were called alongside paramedics and the Huron East Fire Department to a crash on North Line just north of Hydro Line Road in Huron East.
Upon arrival emergency services located the involved vehicles, a pickup and passenger car which were both heavily damaged.
The pickup driver was treated for minor injuries with the passenger vehicle being taken to hospital but succumbed to their injuries on February 20th.
As a result, a 36 year old has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Death, Failure to Wear a Seatbelt.
The accused will appear in Goderich court.
