One person has been arrested after a series of thefts from unlocked vehicles.
On April 29th Hanover Police were called about the thefts which occurred on 11th Avenue and 17th Avenue with one item taken being a debit card which was later used by a man to purchase items.
Police were able to identify a 40 year old suspect with ties to the Grey-Bruce region, Guelph and Kitchener.
The suspect was arrested on May 28th in Kitchener.
The 40 year old has been charged with Theft Under $5000, Unlawful Use of a Credit Card, Fraud Under $5000, Trespass at Night and Unlawful Possession of a Credit Card.
The accused was remanded into custody at his bail hearing.
