A 49 year old is facing charges from a fire a few months back.
On April 3rd, South Bruce OPP, the Lucknow and Kincardine Fire Departments were called to a structure fire on Bruce Road 86 in Huron-Kinloss which was deemed as suspicious.
Investigation eventually led an arrest on June 27th in connection to the fire.
A 49 year old man of Toronto has been charged with Arson, Break and Enter with Intent, Theft of Electricity or Gas and Use, Deal, Act on Forged Document.
The accused will appear in Walkerton court next month.
