Charges have been laid after a dog was assaulted in Bluewater.
On July 2nd, Huron County OPP responded to the incident where it was learned the suspect allegedly struck the dog with a cane and tried to assault the owner of the dog.
As a result an 85 year old of Bluewater was charged with Assault with a Weapon who will appear in court at a later date.
