A 25 year old woman has been charged following an altercation in Southgate.
On February 17th at around 2:10am Grey Bruce OPP were called to Southgate Sideroad 41 for a report of an altercation in a vehicle with the passenger being kicked out of the vehicle.
OPP spoke with the driver who confirmed a physical altercation took place with no injuries being reported.
Police also determined the driver was displaying signs of impairment. A breath sample turned a fail on an Approved Screening Device.
As a result the 25 year old from Cambridge was charged with Operation While Impaired and Operating without Insurance.
The accused will appear in Owen Sound court in March.
