United Way Bruce Grey is now taking in donations of warm socks as part of their campaign with local Santa Claus parades.
The annual Warm Sock collection will take place across Bruce and Grey with parade goers being encouraged to bring new, warm socks to donate and help those in need to stay comfortable this winter.
With the help of past donours over 5000 pairs of socks have been distributed across Bruce and Grey but the needs continues to grow.
Donations will be accepted at various parades including Kincardine, Port Elgin, Southampton and Meaford.
