The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has announced a slew of ER closures for area facilities over the the next few weeks.
It will see the Chesley ED close from this afternoon at 5pm until Thursday at 7am. It will then re-close on Thursday, August 24th at 5pm and reopen the following Monday, August 28th at 7am.
Walkerton’s ED faces overnight closures from Friday to Monday, closing each day at 5pm and re-opening the next morning at 7am.
Durham’s ED will also close overnight this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday. It will close at 5pm and re-open at 7am. It then recloses next week on Wednesday and Friday overnight for the same hours.
Ambulances will bypass each ED during the closures and take patients to the nearest open Emergency Department.
