One person has been arrested after a person barricaded themselves in Mildmay.
On July 24th at around 2:54pm, South Bruce OPP were called to a report of a barricaded person at a Peter Street residence.
Police with the help of West Region Tactics and Rescue, West Region Emergency Response, Canine, Crisis Negotiators and Bruce County Paramedics were on scene.
At 5:20pm, one person was taken into custody.
Police say there was no threat to public safety.
