They have come up with a contest called “Where’s Blinky?” where people can win a plush Blinky doll.
Blinky is the town’s mascot and Lakeside Downtown Kincardine BIA Manager Rick Clarke says they have been able to promote Blinky the last couple of years.
People come into participating stores to look for the hidden Blinky doll, then snap a photo with the doll and post it on their social media account with the hashtag #DowntownKincardine.
