Barb Vandenbor and Ashley Walter have been named as winners with Think Turkey’s 2023 Wishbone Awards.
The awards honour 8 people every year who shine a light on holiday heroes who share their passion with fighting food insecurity.
Barb and Ashley are being recognized for their group known as BigDoor which once a week hosts 40 people to offer a warm meal and good company.
BigDoor also offers larger events for those in need for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
