Charges have been laid after a break and enter in Kincardine.
On May 22nd at around 6:54am, South Bruce OPP received the report of a break and enter on a property on Kincardine Avenue.
The suspect had broken into a rear door of the residence to gain entry while occupants were inside with those arrested without incident.
As a result a 33 year old of Kincardine has been charged with Break and Enter and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was remanded into custody following a bail hearing.
