They say that as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Sean will administer collective agreement negotiations, policy and procedure development, employee relations and help coordinate pandemic reopening and recovery measures.
They add that Sean has over 15 years of management, labour relations, organizational development, talent acquisition and health and safety experience.
He has been the Manager of Human Resources in Meaford since 2020. He holds a Master of Business Administration and the Certified Human Resources Leader designation.
Warden Janice Jackson says that Sean will drive important employee relations and recruitment initiatives that will benefit their organization and the region.
