Bruce County Economic Development shared word of a tourism spark program aimed at LGBTQ plus community.
Canada’s LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce and the Tourism Innovation lab have partnered to offer the program.
It is aimed at providing mentorship and support services to help people take their new tourism idea to the next level.
The program includes a review of applications by a jury including local & provincial tourism leaders and entrepreneurs and a finalists pitch session similar to Dragon’s Den.
It is ideal for entrepreneurs, small businesses, non-profits and community groups.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, November 17th with the final pitch session on December 13th.
