Bruce County council has endorsed a new Strategic Action Plan.
The plan puts focus on efforts for collectively creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, respected and able to contribute meaningfully.
The plan also builds on findings from surveying and assessments.
Jenn Robinson, Director of Human Resources says this is about creating a workplace where we lift each other up so we can all perform at our best.
Improvements to everyday practices and policies over the next two years focuses on key areas such as Reporting and Accommodations Systems, Representation and Inclusive Recruitment and Psychological Safety.
