Bruce County honours Long Term Public Servant at Recent Meeting on their Upcoming Retirement

Bruce County Council took a moment from their Council Meeting yesterday to recognize the retirement of a long-term members of the public service.

Director of Transportation and Environmental Services Miguel Pelletier is retiring on January 31st after having served Bruce County form the last just nearly 4 years and a career of 40 years in public service. He has previously worked for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Parks Canada and the Canadian Forces.

Locally he advanced work on a number of crucial infrastructure construction projects as well as lead on the Master Transportation Plan.

Council acknowledged and thanked Miguel for his important contributions.
