Bruce County raises over $1400 for Women’s House with Virtual IWD Event

Bruce County announced that as a result of their March 10th Virtual Event to celebrate International Women’s Day they were able to raise $1435 for Women’s House.

The event was hosted in partnership of Women’s House Serving Bruce & Grey  and the County’s Business to Bruce Program.

56 attendees heard from keynote speaker Sarain Fox, who shared her life journey of finding her authentic self and the importance of kindess, believing in oneself and creating new opportunities during change.

The money was donated in lieu of purchasing tickets to the event.
