Bruce Power shared the news today that their President & CEO Mike Rencheck has been named Electricity Human Resources Canada’s Leader of the Year.
The award recognizes individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to their organization within Canada’s electricity industry through visionary people management strategies and leadership.
EHRC says that Mike is known for leading his team to challenge their own biases and to provide innovative solutions for implementing equitable practices, strategies, and programs to benefit underrepresented communities.
