The accolade comes as a result of a Statista survey of more than 10,000 professionals working for companies with a minimum of 500 employees.
They were asked to give their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQIA+, and more.
Cathy Sprague, Bruce Power’s Executive VP of Human Resources says they are proud of what they’ve been able to accomplish but say there is more they can do.
She adds the company continues to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workplace and in their communities because fairness and belonging is important to all people, no matter their difference.
