BUILDKD+ Campaign Receives 0,000 from Bruce Power

It’s a massive boost for the BUILDKD+ Campaign to enhance learning and community spaces at the new Kincardine District Senior School.

Bruce Power has donated $500,000 through its Community Investment Fund.

The campaign has a goal of raising $4.5 million to support enhancements such as a track and field facility, technological education spaces, arts and performance areas and flexible student learning environments.

Don Burns, Principal of KDSS says this campaign is about creating opportunities for students and the entire community.

The new KDSS facility will support students from grades 7-12 designed to be a hub for both education and community activity.
