Cast of Actors Needed as Huron Historical Gaol returns with “Behind The Bars” Tours

The Huron County Museum & Historical Gaol put out the word to those with an eye for history and for things dramatic that they are in need of their talents for a return of the “Behind the Bars” Tours.

The immersive tour experience sees volunteers portray former inmates for the popular event.

Visitors learn more about life at the Gaol between 1841 and 1911.

Kyra Lewis, Behind the Bars Coordinator says that the volunteers help create a captivating and educational experience for visitors, giving them a firsthand look into the experiences of those who lived and worked at the National Historic Site.
