Community Outbreak Declared Related to Field Party near Holstein

The Grey Bruce Health Unit has declared a community outbreak linked to a field party near Holstein, Ontario on November 27th. Three cases of Covid-19 are currently being investigated and estimates have 100 people in attendance at this party.

By reports, some attendees lived within Grey Bruce, with other attending from neighbouring counties.

Anyone who attended this gathering is considered a high-risk contact and should isolate and be tested immediately says the Health Unit.

They remind that if a person develops symptoms consistent with Covid-19 they should seek testing at their nearest assessment centre.
