Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 31 year old after they uttered threats to a construction flagger.
On September 14th at around 3:44pm, Grey Bruce OPP received a report of a construction flag person being threatened on Toronto Street in Markdale.
The suspect who was stopped in traffic due to construction got increasingly angry while waiting.
The individual left their vehicle on multiple occasion and the issues escalating leading to threats.
The 31 year old of Brampton was charged with Obstructing an Officer and Uttering Threats.
The accused will appear in court in December.
