Cowbell Brewing in Blyth has a new executive chef to pair their drinks with.
Chef Scott Kanmacher has taken the role at the brewery bringing 15 years of hospitality and kitchen management with him.
Kanmacher has worked with Stratford Festival, Shopify and Dana Hospitality, also having prepared meals for 3 Prime Ministers, various musicians and actors as well as the Royal Family.
Kanmacher writing in a release, he’s excited to help showcase modern, creative dishes which will highlight the flavours of Cowbell beer, ciders and seltzers.
