The Municipality of Kincardine shared word that a small team from the Municipality attended this week’s ROMA conference in Toronto.
It is an annual event with a focus on rural municipal issues.
Representing Kincardine there were Mayor Kenneth Craig, Councillor Doug Kennedy and CAO Jillene Bellchamber-Glazier.
The team had an opportunity to learn, network and discuss municipal issues while attending the event which ended today.
Mayor Craig said of his attendance that he sees it as a great opportunity to align their participation with direction they’ve already received from master plans & motions during their first months as a council.
