Support continues to pour in for the Centennial Park Pool Diving Board Project in Brockton.
Hammond Power Solutions has pledged $5000 while the Rotary Club of Walkerton has made a $2500 donation.
These donations help put a step forward to bringing back a much loved and requested feature to the Brockton community pool.
The previous diving boards were removed during the COVID-19 pandemic due to their age and since their removal the public has largely requested their return.
Staff have said new boards, stand, delivery and installation would cost $34,883.66 and to achieve this the municipality is looking to fundraise $17,441.83 in local community efforts.
