Grey Bruce Public Health is issuing a drug alert after 3 overdoses reported on March 2nd and 13 over the last 6 days.
The suspected substance is fentanyl in 1 case and an unknown opioid in another.
In all cases, naloxone was used of which the individuals were responsive to.
Public health is urging those who use drugs to have naloxone on hand and always have someone sober with them.
Naloxone is available at pharmacies, participating community partners, and at Grey Bruce Public Health.
