Huron County’s Economic Development Department is looking for input from residents, business owners and community stakeholders to help shape the future of the local economy.
The department is working at a new Economic Development Strategic Plan which is aimed to provide a clear, results orientated framework over the next five years and a 10 year vision for the County’s economic future.
Vicki Lass, Director of Economic Development says they want to develop a plan the entire county can get behind which ensures strategic direction.
The new plan is expected to be completed by January next year.
