It is hosted by the Huron County Museum and will be taking place virtually next Thursday night at 7.
The event is part of Treaties Recognition Week and focuses on treaties covering this region of the Lake Huron coast.
Randall Kahgee, a Senior Counsel with Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP who specializes in indigenous rights law, will be sharing his overview of treaties and how they govern the relationship between Indigenous people, and both Federal and Provincial governments.
