Four students at John Diefenbaker Senior School in Hanover have come out as champions at this years Science Olympics hosted by the Nuclear Innovation Institute.
This marked the third year of the Science Olympics which saw 18 teams from high schools in Bruce, Grey and Huron Counties this past Friday.
JDSS Team B was in 9th after five preliminary challenges and came from behind in the final event.
JDSS Team A and FE Madill Secondary Team A out of Wingham finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.
JDSS Science Teacher Rachael Murray says its such a fun day to work collaboratively and creatively in a space outside the classroom.
