The Wingham Lions Club is holding a fundraising BBQ today in support of the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides Program.
The event from 10 am to 2 pm at the Wingham Foodland will see hamburgers for 7 dollars and jumbo hot dogs for $5 with both including a drink.
The Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides Program provides an animal at no cost to eligible Canadians from coast to coast.
It relies on donations from individuals, service clubs, organizations and corporations as it does not receive any government funding.
