With the Downtown Dig underway on Queen Street in Kincardine, the first section of the street from Harbour Street through Durham Market Street South has been closed off.
Residents should be aware that garbage and recycling will continue during construction on their regular collection day schedule.
They ask to write your name or business and address on all bins so they can be returned to the proper location after being emptied.
Water service is set to be interrupted in the construction area on Monday, April 3rd between 8 and 2.
They advise to turn your main water value off prior to that time to help prevent drainage from your service line.
