OPP are reminding the public, driving a go-kart drunk is still driving impaired.
On February 19th just before 11am, Huron County OPP stopped the suspect on Queen Street in Hensall after getting a traffic complaint of a go-kart being driven on the roadway.
Officers arrested and was brought into the Clinton detachment for tests.
The 24 year old of Bluewater was charged with Operation While Impaired and Operation while Prohibited.
The accused will appear in court later this month.
