The Town of Goderich is holding a PTSD awareness training workshop next month.
The session is geared for families and friends of first responders to learn the signs and symptoms of post traumatic stress, understanding how these symptoms could impact work and family life and learn about tools and resources available to you and your family.
The training session is being held May 11th going from 6-7:30pm at the Goderich Town Hall.
