Huron County OPP have charged a Goderich woman after a dog attack.
On August 3rd, OPP investigated the attack which had taken place on Gibbons Street.
A pedestrian was walking their dogs and was attacked by two dogs not secured on their property.
The pedestrian needed medical attention with one of their dogs killed in the attack.
On July 29th, OPP investigated another attack taking place in the same area with a victim being on a mobility scooter.
As a result a 36 year old has been charged with Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm.
The accused will appear in court next month.
