Goderich’s Cait’s Cafe set to Donate 50% of Food Sales to Downie & Wenjack Fund

Local Goderich Cait’s Cafe is set to honour National Indigenous Peoples Day tomorrow by donating 50% of all food sales to the Downie & Wenjack Fund.

The proceeds from sales on Tuesday, June 21st will be in support of the fund which encourages reconciliation by way of programming and events.

The donation by Cait’s Cafe includes pre-orders and catering done that day.

Last year Cait’s was able to rain $821.95 for the good cause.

Cait’s say they aim to set a new record.
