Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 34-year-old of Southgate after police responded to reports of an altercation in Dundalk yesterday.
Officers notified the school in the area of the disturbance and were able to confirm later through investigation that it posted no public safety threat to students and staff at the school.
The subject of the reported alternation was placed under arrest and charged with failure to comply with a release order.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
