Hanover Police have charged a resident of Chesley after receiving reports of an unruly patient in the Hanover Hospital Emergency Department.
Officers attended the scene and found the female had been verbally abusive towards staff and refused to leave.
Police were able to calm the situation down and the patient agreed to leave without incident.
The female’s boyfriend wasn’t so lucky since he had warrants for his arrest in Hanover and Saugeen Shores.
He was taken into custody and later released with a court appearance in Walkerton.
