The Hanover Innovative People Program Entrepreneur Business Plan Competition has its winners for the inaugural program.
Eight applications were received this year with participants being asked to attend a business training session and complete their business plan and pitch it to five judges.
3 winners were named including Irene Dixon of the Kids Play Indoor Centre who will receive $8700, John Schnuur of The Alley Family Entertainment Centre will get $2300 with Maksim Karasev of Craft CNC getting $1700.
The competition will be held biennially and is geared towards entrepreneurs who wish to open, purchase or re-locate a business in Hanover.
