All is taking shape for the annual No Place Like Home Farm to Fork Dinner with the Huron Hospice.
Being one of the most important fundraisers, the event has become a signature event for the hospice, inviting conversations, memories and stories around hospice and end of life care in a home like environment.
The dinner will be provided by Part II Bistro of Goderich whereas if an ingredient in the meal isn’t available in Huron County, it will come as close to home as possible.
All funds raised will help pay for care at the Huron Hospice with the event taking place September 20th.
Last year Hospice nurses and volunteer provided care for more than 50 people at the Bender House, which has an 80 per cent occupancy.
