There are a series of household hazardous waste collection events springing across Bruce County.
Residents will be able to safely remove this waste at one of 13 collection events taking place in the county this year.
These events allow those to dispose of items such as fuel, household cleaners, paints and stains, pool chemicals, used oil and oil filters and batteries and antifreeze.
In Kincardine, there will be two dates to dispose of this waste including May 9th from 8am-1pm and July 11th from 8am-1pm taking place the Kincardine Public Works Yard.
