For a third straight month, home sales have dropped across the area.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says 106 units were sold last month, a sharp decline of 10.9 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis, 1600 units have sold over the first 11 months of the year, a drop of 9.6 per cent from 2022.
Recent numbers also show another drop in pricing over the last few months with the benchmark price of a home set at $559,200 with the average price sold at $573,428.
This is another drop off month which in October saw the average price sell for just over $591,000. There was 208 new listings last month.
