The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says last month saw housing sales increase with another jump in the price of a home.
165 homes were sold in July, this is up 10 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis 980 units have been sold in the first seven months mostly unchanged from 2023.
The benchmark price of a home across the region was $587,300 with the average price selling for $642,303, a gain of 5.1 per cent from July 2023.
The number of new listings also rose sharply with 337 new listings last month, an increase of 38.1 per cent from last year.
