The Huron County Library has launched the TD Summer Reading Club and is inviting young readers 4 to 12 to join the club.
The free program offers reading, creative crafts, activities and games to help children improve their literacy skills, make meaningful social connections, learn about teamwork and be creative.
It also introduces the library as a source for lifelong learning and recreation for youth.
The Reading Club meets weekly at each of Huron County’s 12 library branches until August 25th.
There is a reading club notebook, sticker pack, top reading list and a bookmark.
They also receive an access code that can be used on the Reading Club website to track progress and for other club benefits.
