Huron-Kinloss sees 79 registered Golf Cars in 2022 as Part of their Pilot Project

The Township of Huron-Kinloss received an Annual Report on the 2022 Golf Car Pilot Project at its Committee of the Whole Meeting on Monday.

In it Kelly Lush, Deputy Clerk says that 79 registrations were received in the year. 61 new registrations and 18 renewals.

She says they anticipate an increase in 2023 as more residents become aware of the pilot and can register for an entire season.

The annual fee to obtain a golf car permit is $50.

Once registered each person receives a decal to adhere to their golf car indicating they are registered in the pilot project.
