The Township of Huron-Kinloss is set to celebrate the winter season this weekend with their Winter Carnival.
There will be both snow snow sculpture and and backyard rink competitions underway that let residents compete in who can celebrate the greatest in the season of the snow.

Also planned for the weekend is a Olympics style Scavenger Hunt. You first download your clue sheet and then get on the hunt to find as many of the icon signs you can during your Carnival travels.
Free skating is planned for Friday, February 18th from 7 until 8 at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre. The Ripley Wolves then start their hope for a series clinching victory against Shelburne at 8:30pm.
Deadline for all of the Carnival Competitions is Monday, February 21st by 9pm.
