The Huron Shores Hospice is bringing back its free Let’s Talk About Grief support sessions in the community.
The monthly gatherings provide a welcoming and supportive space for anyone navigating through grief after the loss of a loved one.
These sessions aim to bring people together in a safe, non judgmental environment to listen, share experiences and connect with others who understand the emotional journey of loss.
The first of these sessions will be February 21st from 1-3pm at the Kincardine United Church.
